Common Checks

• If audio does not play, check silent mode, volume, and Bluetooth output.
• If playlists do not update, check the network connection and restart the app.
• BGMUP 1.0.1 does not include subscriptions, advertising, or external purchases.
• Use Library to choose a specific track, reopen a favorite, or return to a recent listen.
• Focus provides 25, 45, 60, and 90-minute presets. Use minus or plus for five-minute adjustments within the 5–180-minute range.
• Clock mode intentionally shows only the clock face and time, without visible controls or instructions. Swipe left or right to choose among 10 faces; the choice is saved on the device.
• Swipe down from the clock for full Focus controls. Swipe up to move from full Focus to the clock, then from the clock back to the player.
• Accessibility custom actions provide the same routes: “Open focus controls,” “Clock mode,” and “Return to player,” with the standard escape action also available.
